Instant Pot Tuscan Soup for Keto Dieters in an Instant Pot
Keto Instant Pot Tuscan Soup is simple to prepare in less than 30 minutes using just four ingredients and the Instant Pot itself. Here is what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 bunch of kale, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Turn on your Instant Pot in saute mode, add olive oil and diced onion, and cook until the onion becomes transparent.
Cook the ground Italian sausage until browned once added to the skillet.
Add minced garlic, dried basil leaves, dried oregano leaves and red pepper flakes and continue cooking for another minute.
Add chicken broth to the Instant Pot and mix well to combine.
Add chopped kale to the Instant Pot and start.
Make sure your Instant Pot is set on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once your 10 minutes have elapsed, use a quick release valve to release any pressure build-up.
Once the pressure has been released, open your Instant Pot and stir in the heavy cream.
