6. Huka Lodge

Huka Lodge has been hosting visitors from all corners of the globe since the 1920s, providing a luxurious retreat on the shores of the Waikato River, in proximity to the renowned Huka Falls. The lodge boasts 25 charming suites and is dedicated to ensuring each couple enjoys an unforgettable experience. During summer evenings, guests can find 20 intimate tables for two arranged by the river, illuminated by candlelight, offering breathtaking views of the starlit sky and the moon, or within the wine cellar.
